Payment and Cancellation Policy

The European University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (EUCM) and Heyttu ApS upholds the right to cancel any webinar due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances that render the event non-viable. In such cases, registrants are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests, arising from cancellations initiated by EUCM, must be made by the attendee or the credit card holder, and should include the attendee's name and/or transaction number. The refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.

In the event of a webinar's postponement, registrants may choose between a full refund or transferring their registration to the rescheduled event or an alternative webinar. For cancellations, please notify us via email at post@eucm.one

This policy applies to all EUCM webinars, including those managed by Heyttu ApS, except where specified differently in the webinar's promotional materials.

Payment

Course fees are payable upon registration. If an invoice is issued, it should be settled within 30 days from the date of issuance. Both the delegate and the associated firm/organisation are jointly responsible for the payment.

Access

Upon full payment of the course fee, you will receive an email with access details. This payment entitles access to a single delegate. Any distribution or copying of the webinar content without EUCM's written consent is strictly prohibited.

Substitutions

Delegate substitutions are permissible at any time without incurring additional costs.

Technical Requirements

Registrants will receive a unique "Join Live Video" link in their confirmation email. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with our webinar platform, Wix Events, before making a purchase. EUCM is not liable for technical issues stemming from incompatibility or internet disruptions.

Taxation

In regions where sales tax, VAT, or other consumer taxes apply, OUCM will handle the collection and remittance of these taxes. Prices may include these taxes where applicable.

Refund Policy

Before purchasing, you can access a sample video, course summary, and user reviews to inform your decision. EUCM reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at our discretion, subject to the capabilities of our payment processors and the purchase platform. To request a refund or credit, contact us at post@eucm.one. Abuse of our refund policy may result in account suspension and restriction of future service use. Violation of these terms that lead to account or course access suspension will void eligibility for any refund or credit.
