  • What does acupuncture involve?

    Acupuncture has been used for centuries to treat a variety of ailments, from chronic pain to stress and anxiety. It may also help to improve digestion, reduce inflammation, and boost the immune system. Many people find that they experience improved sleep, clarity of thought, and overall well-being after acupuncture treatments.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    Shipment Policy 1. Good in Stock packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DAO, Postnord or DHL with tracking and drop-off without signature. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Delivery prices only apply to national shipments to bridged islands in Denmark and do not apply to Greenland and the Faroe Islands. It costs 50 DKK for shopping less than 880 DKK. 2. Herbal Medicine The order of herbs is shipped by our partner Zieten Apoteke directly from Berlin. Normally, it takes 5 to 10 days to arrive in Denmark. 3. Dropshipping from China Besides goods in stock, most of our goods are ordered from China. Usually, it takes 30-35 days for train and road delivery from China to Denmark. Special orders can also be transported by flight after agreement via email, which takes 5 to 10 days. After arrival, packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DAO, Postnord or DHL with tracking and drop-off without signature. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. 4. Pick-up by yourself You can also come to our shop to take your packages by yourself. We could also meet in another place and delivery the package by agreement. 5. Internaltional Shipping in EU If the delivery address is located in other EU contries, a standard shipping fee is 120 DKK. When extra fee is required, we will contact you in advance before we send the order.
  • Can I complain?
    Yes of course you have the right to complain. In case of damage or defects at the reception, contact Heyttu Shop immediately via e-mail post@heyttu.com. At Heyttu Shop, you always have a 24-month warranty on your purchases from the time you have the item in hand. All complaints are handled in accordance with current legislation. The right of complaint lapses if you are to blame for the defect. It can e.g. be if you have used the item incorrectly or an unauthorized repair has been made. For complaints from all business customers, the following conditions apply: If in connection with a complaint you receive a replacement item and must send the original item back to us, we must have the original item in hand within 14 working days, otherwise you will be charged full price for both items and your right to exchange lapses. The following conditions apply to complaints from business customers abroad (including Greenland and the Faroe Islands): As a customer, you only bear shipping costs back and forth between you and Heyttu Shop.   • How do I pay for shopping in the shop?
    We accept various card and third-party pements though Stripe. You can also pay us through back transfer and Mobilepay (only valid in Denmark)
  • What is your return policy?
    If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 14 work days of receipt. Please contact us by email (post@heyttu.com) if you want to send products back. If the item is defective, please inform us as soon as possible, and no later than 10 work days after you have received the item.
